Yoga for Vitality – Tuesdays

Recharge your energy for the week ahead, get unstuck and find ease in moving on the wave of the breath.  Bring your awareness inwards to befriend your body, nourish each cell, each organ, each arm and leg with new energy and boost your immune system.
A Vinyasa style class to increase vitality and put a spring in your step.

There will be a limit of 12 places per class to allow social distancing. Everybody needs to bring their own yoga mat and blanket. No equipment will be shared.
