Let go of the pressures of life and recharge your energy for the week ahead. A Vinyasa style class to energise and nourish the body and calm the mind followed by deep relaxation. Mixed abilities.

Newcomers are very welcome but everyone must pre-book.

There will be a limit of 12 places per class to allow social distancing. Everybody needs to bring their own yoga mat and blanket. No equipment will be shared.
