The goal of yoga is to create space where you were once stuck, to unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart, to appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates, to make peace with who you are. Come to your yoga mat to feel not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow. To rest deeply is to experience relaxation, where there is effortlessness, quietness and peace.
Newcomers are very welcome but everyone must pre-book.
There will be a limit of 12 places per class to allow social distancing. Everybody needs to bring their own yoga mat and blanket. No equipment will be shared.
