This relaxing evening class gives you the opportunity to let go of striving for perfection and become present to what really is, to do less and feel more. When the body, the mind and the breath move together, deep physiological changes take place. The organs start to work more efficiently, muscles relax, the nervous system calms down and a deep sense of peace develops. Deep relaxation creates a sense of lightness. It feels as if the whole body is smiling. Once you have experienced this sensation, you know what Yoga is about.
