“You are very strong!”

I grew up in rural Bavaria. My passion for music and dance led me to study eurythmy (creative movement) in Nuremberg. There I learnt to connect and move with my energy body (prana, chi). Later in life a dream initiated my exploration of massage, yoga and ayurveda.
I studied Swedish massage with Essentials for Health in London, Thai Yoga Massage with Asokananda, Kira Balaskas and Laurino Bertolli, Ayurveda and Pranic Healing at the College for Ayurveda and Panchakarma in Kerala, yoga with the Integral school UK and with many other amazing teachers around the globe.
The hands-on-experience of the touch therapies gave me more insight about the flow of energy within the physical body and how we can increase our vitality. The mind can heal the body and the body can heal the mind. Ayurveda increased my horizon by incorporating diet, herbs and lifestyle to balance the elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether. I still visit India every year for a month to immerse myself in the culture of yoga. I am still learning.
I am a senior trainer and visiting master for Ananda Spa in the Himalayas, Shanti Ananda Maurice, Six Senses and ITC hotels I have worked with many people from film crews, stressed business people, professional athletes, frustrated home makers, the rich and famous, disabled pensioners, children and mental health patients. Each taught me a lesson. Each is looking for the same thing: health, happiness, connection and peace of mind. I am a mother and grandmother. I live with my husband in Bradford-on-Avon, close to nature, which feeds my soul.
I want to assist people to enliven the body and quieting the mind to feel more, to love more, to give more, to open the heart and find peace and connection. I love to see people smile.
“You are very strong!”
“You have an incredible presence during the treatment.”
“After your treatment my whole body was smiling – no grinning from ear to ear!”
“I have been to many yoga classes. Brunis are the best.”
“I have experienced many massage therapists, but nothing compares to the treatments I receive from you. “
“Deep and thorough. I felt great in the days following! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for an amazing experience! This has really has changed my view on a lot of things!”
“Thank you so much for sharing such great knowledge and skill. You really have a lot of talent in this area.”
“Given your long successful relationship with Ananda Spa, and the strong feedback of our guests on your treatments, in particular Thai yoga massage, we are very proud of your work here with the team. We appreciate your high training standards and excellent students skills.”
I experienced the treatment as an inner dance. You were in control of the movement in the body, but I felt in control of the breath and my emotions. I created a spaciousness to be truly present here and now. It makes the past irrelevant.
