Kalari Marma Massage

A treatment to protect and heal the body before and after vigorous exercise. It has been practiced for at least 3000 years by the tutors of martial arts in Kerala. Today only a few selected masters teach this treatment. It is carried out either with hands or feet using oil along all the vital energy lines and points in the body. Duration: 60 min.
