Menopausal symptoms can begin months or even years before your periods stop and last around 4 years after your last period. Difficulties sleeping, brain fog, anxiety, fatigue, night sweats, hot flushes are common symptoms. The body guides us into re-assessing our lives and values.
Bruni is an experienced yoga and Ayurveda practitioner, who had a difficult journey through the menopause herself and is now passionate about supporting other women on their journey with a positive attitude.

Perimenopause to menopause yoga
In this workshop, there will be information on natural remedies and HRT, journaling, a sharing circle and specific yoga practice for managing symptoms with breathing and meditation techniques, Hatha and restorative poses. No previous yoga experience required.
Menopause yoga for hot flushes and hot emotions
A 90-minute yoga practice will include postures, breathing and meditation techniques to release excess heat in the body and balance the Pitta element in the body.
Menopause yoga for anxiety and fatigue
With changing hormones many women experience overwhelm, forgetfulness, anxiety, panic attacks, brain fog and difficulty in concentrating. This workshop will be a safe space to share your experience without shame. There will be a mindful slow yoga practice with specific breathing and meditation techniques and restorative poses to calm the nervous system, feel more grounded and restore energy. I will give you advice on nutrition and traditional remedies to balance the Vata element in the body.
Menopause for fatigue – reboot your energy
Many women going through the menopause become stuck in a hibernation state and feel exhausted by fatigue – an extreme physical tiredness and a mental or spiritual weariness. I will give you the guidance you need to boost your health and wellbeing, lift your mood, find your vitality and feel good about your body. There will be time to reflect and share. In the 90-minute yoga session we will focus on postures and breathing techniques to lift a low mood, stimulate sluggish digestion, build bone density, cardio heart strength, resilience and balance the Kapha element.
